He joined the firm in 2022, bringing more than three decades of experience in music publishing and A&R. 

Mike began his career at Merit Music Publishing in 1986 before moving to Polygram Music Publishing, where he worked with a roster that included Bob McDill, Toby Keith and Billy Ray Cyrus. He later joined Acuff-Rose Publishing, helping guide the careers of artists and songwriters such as Kenny Chesney, Dean Dillon and Casey Beathard. 

Following the firm’s acquisition by Sony/ATV, Mike spent 13 years at Sony Music Publishing, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Creative Services. More recently, he held senior roles at Anthem Music, where he co-signed and developed Universal Music artist Jordan Davis and at MV2 Entertainment, working closely with hit songwriter Josh Thompson. 

A Nashville native, Mike holds a degree in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
