She joined Round Hill in 2017 through the acquisition of Zync Music, where she had been a core member of the team since 2007. 

A songwriter herself, Madison brings a deep understanding of both the creative and commercial dimensions of music rights. Over the years, she has signed and developed a wide range of artists and songwriters, led music placements in high-profile advertising campaigns, and played a key role in expanding Round Hill’s presence in the New York creative market. Her work spans A&R, studio collaborations, and strategic partnerships with brands and agencies. 

She approaches her role with an artist’s mindset and a strong commitment to supporting creators in advancing their careers, while also helping legacy artists protect their work and build enduring value for the catalog. 

Previous to her work in music, Madison is a published neuroscience researcher, having worked at Columbia University’s Neurobiology Laboratory. She is actively involved in animal welfare and political advocacy.
