She is responsible for fund-level accounting, investor reporting and regulatory oversight, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial operations and private equity fund administration. 

Shannon joined Round Hill in 2018 after more than a decade at The Blackstone Group. There, she managed accounting and reporting for a range of private equity real estate funds and contributed to the firm’s broader financial infrastructure as it scaled globally. 

Earlier in her career, Shannon worked in finance at Unilever North America and began her career as an Auditor in the Banking & Securities group at Deloitte. She holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Rutgers Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant.
