She joined the firm in 2021 and leads people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture across the global platform.

With more than 15 years of experience, Neitra has held senior HR roles across multiple industries, most recently at Sony Music Entertainment. While at Sony, she supported Nashville-based teams and helped implement strategic HR initiatives focused on inclusion, equity and employee engagement. She also played a key role in advancing best practices that foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 

In addition to her role at Round Hill, Neitra is a facilitator with a Nashville-based consultancy, guiding organizations through conversations on unconscious bias, diversity, equity and anti-racism. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, both from Trevecca Nazarene University.
