He oversees all aspects of financial strategy, risk management, reporting and compliance, helping to ensure the firm operates with discipline, precision and transparency.  

Previously, he served as Partner and CFO at Lindsay Goldberg, a $20 billion private equity firm, where he sat on the Investment and Valuation Committees and helped drive strategic initiatives across finance, operations and investor relations. Following his time at Lindsay Goldberg, he was founding Partner and CFO at Edgelight Capital, where he led fundraising, investment diligence and the development of the firm’s operational and governance frameworks. He also served on the board and audit committee of Stelco (TSX: STLC), supporting its IPO and enterprise systems transformation. 

Jeff began his career in finance with Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent close to 30 years, ultimately serving as Global Private Equity Leader. He advised on more than 200 M&A transactions and helped build EY’s global private equity platform, leading its expansion into South America, Africa and Asia. Jeff holds an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in History from Emory University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
