CHAD DOERGE
PRESIDENT & DEPUTY CEO
NEW YORK

Chad brings more than three decades of experience across institutional finance, investment research and financial technology. Prior to joining Round Hill, he was President and Chief Revenue Officer of Aiera, an AI-powered financial intelligence platform he helped build as part of the founding team.

Earlier in his career, Chad spent nearly two decades at Deutsche Bank, ISI Group and Evercore, where he served as a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Evercore ISI. His experience across institutional research, capital markets and data-driven financial platforms supports Round Hill's continued growth as music copyright becomes an increasingly recognized institutional asset class.

As President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chad serves on Round Hill's executive management, investment and valuation committees and works alongside CEO Josh Gruss to drive the firm's strategic growth. He oversees key areas including financial leadership, portfolio management, investor relations and data analytics, and draws on his network across capital markets and the music industry to support catalog acquisition. He also applies his background in AI-driven platforms to help develop tools that enhance how music rights are measured, valued and monetized.

Chad's connection to music began early. He is the nephew of Craig Doerge, the acclaimed session keyboardist and founding member of The Section, whose work helped define the Laurel Canyon singer-songwriter era alongside artists including James Taylor, Crosby, Stills & Nash and Jackson Browne. Exposure to that world shaped Chad's lifelong appreciation for the artistry and enduring commercial value of great songwriting.

Chad is also Co-Founder and Chair of Penny's Flight Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding research for Neurofibromatosis (NF), founded in honor of his daughter Penny.
